Collection methods & purposes

Information is collected electronically through account and order forms, the website editor, uploaded files, support correspondence and technical logs, and through written communication where needed. The main purposes are account verification, contract and payment management, website publishing, domain services and customer support.

Legal bases & recipients

Depending on the activity, processing may rely on the grounds in Article 5 of KVKK: entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations, establishing or protecting a right, or legitimate interests that do not infringe fundamental rights. Explicit consent is required where no other applicable ground exists and consent is necessary.

Information required for these purposes may be shared with payment and financial institutions, domain and hosting providers, communication services and authorised public bodies. International transfers are handled in accordance with the relevant requirements of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Data subject rights

You may ask whether your personal data is processed, why it is processed and who receives it, and request correction of inaccurate records or deletion where legal conditions are met.
