What can you request?
Under KVKK, you may request information about the processing of your data, its purposes and recipients, and correction of incomplete or inaccurate records. Where legal conditions are met, you may request deletion or destruction, notification to recipients and challenge adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis. Your right to seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing is reserved.
Where to send your request
For requests about your Keşfedil account or order, use the channels on our current Contact page. If your request concerns information given to a business website built with Keşfedil, contact that business first.
Requests may be submitted in writing or by electronic methods recognised by law. Using your previously registered email address helps us verify your identity. State your request clearly and do not share unnecessary personal information or sign-in codes. Additional identity or contact details may be needed depending on the submission method.
Review & response
Requests are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days, depending on their nature. They are generally free of charge; where additional costs arise, the statutory fee schedule may apply. The outcome or reasons for a decision are communicated through the relevant request channel.
A deletion request does not require immediate removal of records subject to legal retention duties. The scope and reasons for retention are explained during review. If a request is refused, inadequately answered or not answered on time, consult the authority's official guidance on complaint procedures and deadlines.
