Scope & responsibilities
This policy covers Keşfedil's own website, accounts, editor and service operations. Requests concerning visitors to independent business websites built with Keşfedil are handled under the policies of the business operating that website.
Information we process
We may process identity and contact details, billing information, order records and support correspondence provided when creating an account or placing an order. Text, images, products, video links and PDF documents added in the editor are stored to prepare your website.
Technical access logs may be retained for session security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Card numbers and security codes are not added to website drafts or order records. The payment provider's policies also apply to information processed on its payment screen.
How we use your data
We use information to provide account access, manage orders and payments, handle domain registration and publishing, offer support and keep the service secure. Depending on the activity, processing may rely on entering into or performing a contract, a legal obligation, protecting a right or a legitimate interest that does not infringe fundamental rights. Activities requiring explicit consent are assessed separately.
Service providers & published content
Information needed for payments, domains, hosting, email and SMS may be shared with the relevant providers only for those purposes. Lawful requests from authorised bodies are assessed separately. International transfers are subject to the requirements of applicable law.
Published pages, images and documents become accessible to visitors. Before publishing, check that your content does not include other people's personal information or material you are not entitled to share.
Retention & security
Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with applicable law. Closing an account does not mean all invoices, transaction records or dispute-related data are deleted immediately. Data no longer needed is deleted, destroyed or anonymised using appropriate methods.
Account access controls, authorisation checks and security measures are in place. Do not share sign-in codes. Report any suspected unauthorised access through our contact channels.
Your rights & contact details
The Personal data requests page explains how to request information about your data, corrections or deletion where applicable. Current contact channels are available in this centre's contact area.
