Use accurate, current information that belongs to you for account and order activities. Keep sign-in codes secure and report unauthorised access promptly. Review account activity and published content regularly.
Orders, payments & renewals
Plan scope, usage limits, pricing, taxes and the service period are shown at checkout. Placing an order alone does not mean payment is complete, a domain is registered or a website is live. These actions are verified separately.
Renewal terms and fees are assessed using the information provided for the relevant period. Cancellation, refund and withdrawal requests are reviewed according to the service purchased, the order agreement and applicable mandatory law. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.
Domains & publishing
Domain availability is checked by the provider and may change until registration is complete. Accurate contact details are required for registration. Connecting an existing domain may require DNS changes and ownership verification.
Saving a draft and publishing a website are separate actions. The live site displays the published version. Maintenance, provider issues or security incidents affecting availability are handled through support.
Content, usage rights & limits
You must have the right to use and publish the text, images, video links and documents you upload. The business managing the website is responsible for the accuracy of product and menu prices, descriptions and contact details.
Unlawful content, malicious files, misleading use and material that infringes others' rights are prohibited. Reviews and access restrictions may be applied to protect security and service integrity. PDF uploads are limited to 5 MB per file and 50 MB of documents per website.
